Sessions are client-led coaching throughout; where useful, strategic and operational input is included alongside the coaching, not in place of it, strictly with the client's agreement.

A structured six-week coaching programme for business owners and leaders ready to think clearly, make better decisions and move forward with confidence.
This programme takes you through a three-stage process:

I work alongside business owners and leadership teams to provide senior operational leadership within the business, bringing an experienced, independent perspective to the challenges, priorities and decisions that come with running and growing an SME.
With more than 20 years' experience in senior leadership and operations, I can work across the business to understand how people, processes, systems, customer experience and performance are working together, identify where change is needed and help lead that change through.
This can be particularly valuable when a business is growing or changing, the owner is becoming too involved in day-to-day operations, operational issues are affecting several areas of the business, or the existing leadership team needs additional senior operational capacity and experience.
Fractional COO support is typically provided 1–2 days per week for an initial 3–6 month period, depending on the needs of the business.
