For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in senior leadership and operations, helping businesses, teams and individuals navigate change, pressure and difficult decisions.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across multiple areas of the business, bringing together people, processes, systems, customer operations and performance to understand what was happening, where problems were emerging and what needed to change.

That experience taught me that the problem you can see isn’t always the problem you need to solve. People, processes, systems, customers, performance and leadership are interconnected, and understanding what is really happening often means looking beyond the obvious.

It’s an approach I now bring to my work with business owners and leadership teams.

Sometimes that means coaching - creating the space to think clearly, challenge assumptions and make confident decisions. Sometimes it means taking a more hands-on role, investigating an operational problem, providing strategic and practical input or working alongside a leadership team to help lead change.

I don’t believe there is one definition of success or one right way to run a business. My role is to understand you, your business and what you’re trying to achieve, then bring the right combination of challenge, perspective and practical experience to the situation.

My approach is calm, straightforward and commercially aware. I’ll ask questions, challenge where it’s useful and share my perspective when it adds value. I won’t impose a formula or pretend there is a simple answer when there isn’t.

Ultimately, my job is to help you understand what is really happening, make better decisions and turn those decisions into practical action.
