I have spent 19 years as a senior leader in business, operations and management within the technology and telecommunications industry. I know what it feels like to lead teams through change, make high-stakes decisions and carry the weight of responsibility - often without a space to think it through properly.

That experience is what brought me to coaching.

II trained as an ICF coach on the PCC pathway. I chose the ICF framework because it represents the gold standard in professional coaching - ethical, evidence-based and entirely focused on the client.

Why I coach

Since becoming a coach, the thing I find most rewarding is watching people stop getting in their own way. The moment someone gains clarity on what they actually want, not what they think they should want, everything shifts. Decisions get easier. Confidence grows. Progress happens.

I work with SME business owners who are capable and driven but carrying too much. People facing big decisions, navigating growth or just struggling to see clearly through the noise.

Using psychology-based methods, we create a structured space to think. I will listen without judgement, ask the right questions, gently challenge your assumptions and help you build clarity and confidence to take real action.

I'm warm, approachable and I won't take myself too seriously — but I will take your goals seriously. My coaching style is calm, grounded and structured, and every session is built entirely around you and what you want to achieve.
