For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in senior leadership and operations, helping to run complex businesses, lead teams, improve performance and navigate change.
My experience spans people, processes, customer operations, technology, compliance and commercial performance. But the real value comes from understanding how those different parts of a business connect - and recognising when a problem in one area is actually being caused somewhere else.
I’ve worked through growth, restructuring, operational pressure and significant change, making difficult decisions and turning strategy into practical action.
Today, I bring that experience to the businesses and leaders I work with. Sometimes that means creating the space to think through a difficult decision. Sometimes it means investigating an operational problem. And sometimes it means working alongside the leadership team to help lead change through.
The support may look different depending on what the business needs, but the approach stays the same - understand what is really happening, focus on what matters and turn that into practical action.
